Aiming at the energy consumption and water quality problem in circulating water system of Puguang natural gas purification factory, the research studies are made as follows.First, in order to deal with the high cost of circulating water system in high sour natural gas purification factory, we established optimal operation model, and analyzed the influential factors of operation cost in circulating water system. Then, based on the Darcy and Bernoulli principal, the hydraulic condition of water supply system is analyzed and reformed.Second, aiming at the problem of energy consumption in circulating water system, based on the overall optimization technology overall optimization technology of three dimensional CAD-CFD joint of leaves pump, the overall optimization program of pump leaves is studied. Finally, the energy saving is realized, also optimize the operation parameters. Then the power consumption per unit each month has reached the industry benchmark level.Third, aiming at the problem of water quality and make-up water in circulating water system, a tower is invented to desulfurize the stripping water based on the principal of gas partial pressure. Also, a ClO2 dosing device is developed based on the GeneroxTMCTR technology. By using the strong and high oxidative capacity of ClO2 to desulfurize the stripping water from the tower, the quality of make-up water is improved in circulating water system of Puguang natural gas purification factory. And in the paper, the experiments are designed, such as rotary coupon test, static scale inhibition experiment, bactericidal test, dynamic simulation experiment, optimization of water treatment agent. The YS-11 are synthesized, and the performance evaluation is made. The evaluation results show that is has superior performance. Through the production usage, it greatly reduced the rate of scaling and corrosion of heat exchanger in circulating water system.Fourth, aiming at variability of circulating water system in high sour natural gas purification factory, a framework is designed based on C/S architecture. The user information data server and monitoring center computer is taken as the remote control center. The PLC and 3G data module for site points of cycling water is used for the online monitoring, warning and communications. It has emergency reaction with fast ordered, timely and efficient disposal, which can achieved all-day monitoring for circulating water system in high sour natural gas purification factory.After the actual implementation, the operation level and the water quality of cycle water system in Puguang gas purification factory has been obviously improved, and the emergency reaction is also enhanced with timely and efficient order, So we formed a set of energy and water quality optimization program for high sour natural gas purification factory. It not only provides the technology support for circulating water system in high sour natural gas purification factory, but also provides references to other similar cycle water systems in high sour natural gas purification factories.
