Applied Study On Maintenance Management For Stamping Tool Based On RCM

With the development of society, the labor cost of manufacturing enterprises gradually increases. So the investment in equipment will be more and more for the manufacturing industry. How to effectively strengthen the equipment maintenance management and reduce the equipment maintenance management costs has become a subject that the enterprises must face.The paper uses the theory of based on Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM) to plan the maintenance management strategy of stamping tool. And it also solves another problem that when it should be repaired. So the paper draws up a preventive maintenance management program of a stamping tool based on RCM.The company has set up a preventive maintenance management scheme based on RCM. The maintenance is more effective. And it can reduce the stamping tool maintenance management cost and enhance the enterprise the competitive ability.
