As a traditional heavy industry, the coal industry faces the problem of low energy efficiency. However, a large number of residual low grade waste heat is generated in the production process, what’s worse, traditional methods is very difficult to recycle this part of the waste heat. So the upgrading of coal industrial waste heat recycling technologies has become the focus both at home and abroad.Focusing on Tangshan coal mine waste heat source as the research object, this paper analyzed and calculated mining waste heat comprehensively. According to the characteristics of the waste heat, a multi-source coupled heat pump system was designed. After a mathematical model of multi-source coupled heat pump of waste,heat recovery process had been established. And an absorption heat pump system by Matlab had been simulated, the influences of different parameters on unit performance were concluded. According to the calculation: in the system of mine drainage waste heat recovery, when the driving heat source temperature reaches 150℃, the low temperature circulating water outlet temperature reaches 8℃, hot water supply temperature reaches55℃, the return water temperature reaches 45℃, the maximum value of unit performance could reach 1.64. Through the comparison among the traditional energy supply system,multi sources of coupled heat pump system and Air-conditioning is not hard to find that despite of the high initial investment of multi-source coupled heat pump system, it could save more energy, therefore, the initial investment could be rewarded within years.The results show that: the absorption heat pump technology can effectively use a variety of waste heat resources in coal mine, therefore, the technology can not only satisfy the heating requirements, but also reduce energy waste and environment pollution.All in all, it is worthy of being widely promoted for application.
