| Laser welding technology has been mature in the application process of foreign automobile manufacturing industry, but in the domestic automobile manufacturing industry is still in the initial stage. Because of the characteristic, its cost is high, especially for welding parts with high precision requirements, so the domestic automobile manufacturing industry are introduced and used, and currently leads the domestic application of the technology of experience and technology data less and less.In this paper,my factory practical application, through the process of introducing new models from North America, introduced the roof of laser welding, and the actual application of combining our flexible production mode. In the application process, carry on the research analysis of North America into our quality standards, through the FMEA as the analysis tool. Application of series of RPN algorithm and the matrix calculation is the high risk of content production laser quality multi vehicle collinear welding, and take appropriate measures to control the roof, a set of laser welding quality so as to form a set of applicable to our existing mode of production control system. The object of this study is not only for the quality of the laser welding, also contains error prevention automatic optional functions, namely, pay attention to actual effect, but also focus on cost control, through a simple modification or addition of simple sensors, to realize all functions. |
