Study Of Production Process Quality Control Of SGHQ Company

Saint-Gobain HanGlas QingDao Glass Co.,Ltd (hereinafter SGHQ company for short)is a joint venture company invested by two parts which are France Saint-Gobain Group and LuoYang Float Glass Group. SGHQ company can produce windshield of motorcar and architecture float class.Butthe effect of process quality control during the produing of the product is not good,the thesis made a research on the basis of this problem and proposed the design project of the production process quality control for SGHQ company.so that upgrade the product quality and meet requirements of customer.This thesis first analyzes the research status of the theory and application about quality control based on many literature as reference;Secondly make a detailed investigation and analysis by means of questionnaire on status of both the processs quality preparation and the process quality control of SGHQ company,and discern that the main problems are: no enough evaluation on the process quality influence factors, no enough documentation about the process quality control, short of application of the statistical quality control technique and no integral sampling inspection project of basing on glass production.Aiming at the problem of no enough analysis and control on the process quality influence factors,propose the evaluation and improvement project about the influence factors on glass production process quality control by using quality control technique such as variance analysis,regression analysis and FMEA,MSA etc.. Aiming at the problem of no enough documentation on the process quality control,according to the requirement of ISO9000 stardard and ISO/TS16949 stardard of quality management system, complement the process control document including production process control procedure,product identification and tracebility control procedure,nonconforming product control procedure , monitoring and testing equipment control procedure,and increase the new procedure of FMEA and MSA;Aiming at the problem of short of application of the statistical quality control technique,propose the application project of stastical quality control technique of production process;Aiming at the problem of nointegral sampling inspection project,according to the requirement of GB2828.1-2003,propose the sampling inspection project of process product and finished product and make the simulation using transfer regulation.Finally,for guaranteeing the application of the project,propose the suggestion about implementing the production process quality control project.
