The casting is an important link in the steel production, continuous casting mold is the casting molding equipment,it is called the heart of the casting machine. Continuous casting mold according to the expected non-sinusoidal(sinusoidal) oscillation has obvious effect to improve the casting speed and casting blank quality, it is one of the key technologies for developing high efficiency continuous casting. In this paper, by taking the oscillation platform system of continuous casting mold driven by servo motor as the research object, we has established the mechanism model and mixed model of the system, and verified the model, and made the error analysis to the model. The paper also finishes the relevant experimental researches for the system of the oscillation platform of continuous casting mold driven by servo motor.Firstly, for the system of the oscillation platform of continuous casting mold driven by servo motor, this paper introduces the overall structure of the system and the basic technical requirements.Secondly, this paper establishes the mechanism model for the system of oscillation platform of continuous casting mold driven by servo motor, including the closed-loop system of servo motor rotation rate and the mechanical transmission parts(the eccentric shaft connecting rod mechanism), and identifies the system parameters such as viscous friction coefficient and moment of inertia. By comparing the simulated output curve of the established model with the actual system measured output curve under the same input signal, the correctness of the model will be validated.Thirdly, by using the measured motor speed tracking curve, we identify the second order model for the closed-loop system of servo motor rotation rate, and combine with the mechanism model of the mechanical transmission parts(the eccentric shaft connecting rod mechanism), the mixed model for the system of oscillation platform of continuous casting mold driven by servo motor is established. By comparing the simulated output curve of the established model with the actual system measured output curve under the same input signal, and the quantitative analysis for the modeling error. The accuracy of the model will be confirmed.Finally, on the basis of the communication and control program for the system of the oscillation platform of continuous casting mold driven by servo motor, this paper improves the part of the program for the mold position return to zero, the given motor rotate speed, the collection of mold oscillation displacement and so on, and completes the servo motor parameter self-tuning and some related to system modeling experimental study.
