In recent years,with the rapid development of the global industrial economy,strip steel increasingly wide range of applications,and it has become the industry’s most widely essential necessities,so the quality of the strip also will be increased.Faced position offset strip cold rolling automated production encountered(deviation)of the phenomenon,how to achieve efficient control strategy is the important part of the current cold rolling strip automated production increasingly.At present,many traditional带é'¢å†·è¿žè½§system generally has a simple system,poor stability control,regulate slow overshoot too large,therefore that proposed a highly intelligent control method is particularly important.This paper systematically analyzes the reasons for the deviation of the strip and the current control methods at home and abroad. Using a hydraulic servo valve drive system as a way to drive the system, the choice of a more reliable industrial CCD as feedback collection system, raise an improved particle swarm optimization(MPSO) to optimize PID control, and then develop a detailed design steps MPSO-PID controller results show that it can achieve the desired accuracy requirements of the system, making the system faster and more stable operation.In order to verify the feasibility of the algorithm, the control algorithm to FPGA platform, we propose a differential evolution based on FPGA dynamic weight PSO optimization of PID controller method. Improved PSO optimization write PID algorithm, using the Model Sim simulator to verify the accuracy of the results design using VHDL language and the Quartus II graphical input method, using DSP Builder and MATLAB simulink platform, access to the control method is applied to the strip on the system the results.Experimental results show that the optimized PID control method based on improved PSO FPGA in cold strip rolling application of the control system, making the system overshoot smaller, more stable, adjust more quickly, in line with the design requirements, on the strip cold rolling field correction has very great practical significance.
