With the attention of our country on the environmental issues,the emission standards of air pollutants are continuously improving.SCR denitration technology is widely used in thermal power plants because of its high denitration rate and its mature technology.On the basis of studying the working principle and process technology of SCR denitration technology,this paper applies particle swarm optimization algorithm and its improved method in SCR denitrification control system.In this paper,particle swarm optimization(PSO)and its improved method are applied to the SCR denitration control system based on the research of the SCR denitration technology and its technology.First of all,this paper introduced the basic principle of SCR denitration control system.The requirements of catalytic reduction reaction working and the need of process layout were analyzed.The influence of control amount(ammonia injection amount)on the system was clarified.Secondly,based on the dynamic characteristics of the denitration control system,identified the transfer function model of the controlled system by use the particle swarm optimization algorithm through the analysis of the field data.Then,introduced the basic principle of PID controller,control quality index and the general setting method.But the denitrification system is a complex object with the features of large inertia and large delay,there are deficiencies in conventional PID control.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the PID controller parameters of the SCR denitrification system.The optimized system has certain robustness.Finally,the quantum behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the problem that the particle swarm can not guarantee the global convergence and apply it to optimize the PID parameters.The simulation results show that the improved particle swarm optimization can control the quality better and has better robustness.
