China is a large agricultural country. The work of prevention and control of crops diseases and insect pests must be done if we ensure that high-yield agriculture to meet the demand for agricultural products. While useing pesticides is a necessary means of pest control.Useing pesticides brings benefits to humans but also brings serious harm to human beings and environment. Therefore, it is important to guarantee for human health, protect the environment, reduce agricultural losses and promot the development of economic that strengthening monitoring and studies of pesticide residues pollution and looking for advanced monitoring and detection methods and techniques which are useful for characteristics of China’s vegetable production and marketing. Nowadays,it has aroused people’s wide attention that food safety problem caused by pesticide residues. At present, the detection methods which are used for pesticide residues in food mainly include chromatography, the enzyme inhibition method, immune analysis method, etc..These methods mainly confined to the laboratory tests, and to a certain extent, there exists a complex operation, need a long time, the experimental cost is high,or meet the actual inspection requirements difficultly,etc..Fluorescence spectroscopy with high sensitivity, selectivity, speed, small sampling, etc., can be achieved on the qualitative and quantitative detection of pesticide residues. In this paper, it was made experiment detection and spectroscopy with fluorescence spectroscopy for pesticide of carbaryl and carbofuran. The main research work is as follows:Firstly, the generation theory, relevant parameters, influencing factors of fluorescence have been summarized and the characteristics, research status and development trend of fluorescence spectrometry detection used in pesticide residues have been introduced.Secondly, the experiment made fluorescence detection on different concentrations of carbaryl and carbofuran standard solution. It analyzed the influence of the solution solubility on the fluorescence intensity and plotted curve of carbaryl and carbofuran, according fluorescence spectral characteristics.Thirdly, it was analyzed and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods according the comparison research of the results obtained by fluorescence spectroscopy and enzyme inhibition. Finally, it has been accomplished the non-liner fitting on fluorescence detection data of a series of different concentrations of carbofuran solution. This method can achieve the detection of pesticide concentrations in the non-linear range, expanding the range of concentrations of pesticide residues detected fluorescence spectroscopy.
