Self-lubricating bearing joints are widely used in aviation, aerospace and other high-tech fields, self-lubricating fabric liner, one of the important part of self-lubricating bearing joints, its bonding strength has an important influence to service performance of self-lubricating bearing joints. Bonding technology is one of the important factors that affect the liner bonding strength, liner only under the condition of appropriate adhesive technology, has a good adhesive performance.This paper makes reference to the basic principle of composite material thermal expansion process,and put forward a new type of adhesive curing process for curing self-lubricating fabric liner, Separately heating The core module which is limited by constraints, through the expansion of core module is restrained and produce thermal expansion force for liner of curing pressure, at the same time, through the heat conduction of core module transfer heat to liner, to provide curing temperature for liner.By homemade heating equipment and pressure monitoring device to determine the relationship between the temperature and pressure of the core module heating process; Using new type of adhesive curing process to curing fabric self-lubricating liner, preparation of different liner samples of different curing process parameters curing; Using the peel strength tester to test the bonding strength of different liner samples, studying the new type of adhesive curing process on the properties of liner bonding effect.The results show that the new type of adhesive curing process and related parameters can achieve the adhesive curing of fabric liner; In the curing process, the method of the compensation for the pressure parameters, better guarantee the bonding quality of fabric liner; Process pressure have obvious influence on the bonding strength of liner; Due to its by way of pressure outside introversion, makes the bonding strength of liner improved compare to traditional process.
