Non-sinusoidal vibration technology is one of the key technologies to realize high efficiency continuous,with the development of continuous casting,continuous rolling and high efficient continuous casting,vibration on the crystallizer has been put forward higher requirements.While the servo motor,which has advantages of high precision,high speed and timeless,provides a strong guarantee for the development of non-sinusoidal vibration technology.In this article,double eccentric non-sinusoidal vibration device controlled by servo motor was studied.After analyzing the law of non-sinusoid vibration,the author discussed the selection of basic parameters.Then synchronous control model was established,the process parameters of non-sinusoid vibration was calculated,design of the non-sinusoidal vibration device was completed,and the free vibration modal of the vibration table was analyzed.At the same time,the author expanded fatigue analysis and optimization on the plate spring.Firstly,the author used MATLAB software to analyze and research Demag non-sinusoidal vibration,elliptic non-sinusoidal vibration and composite non-sinusoidal vibration,completed the analysis and comparison of the three non-sinusoidal vibration dynamics,studied the scope of the three non-sinusoidal vibration waveform defection rate.Then the author deduced the analytical formula of composite non-sinusoidal vibration process parameters,and used MATLAB software to draw the image of the process parameters changed with frequency and amplitude.According to the image,the author analyzed and discussed the reasonable ranges of the basic parameters,and established the optimal control model.Secondly,the author studied the realization of the function of amplitude adjustment, completed the design drawings of non-sinusoidal vibration device,proposed programs to achieve non-sinusoidal vibration,and completed the selection of servo motor.Finally,the model analysis was carried out on the vibration table,ANSYS was used to get the natural frequency and modes of vibration.The working frequency which should be avoided was put forward.At the same time,the author expanded fatigue analysis on the plate spring for getting its fatigue life and optimization.
