Improvement Of Aluminum Strip-foil Stretching-bending Unit Technological Equipment

In recent years, with rapid development of our national economy, the demand for aluminum strip-foil has been strongly increasing. Although there is great development in our aluminum strip-foil production, we still import large amounts of aluminum strip-foil due to irrational product structure, surplus productivity of middle and low end products and insufficient high end productivity with high technology content, high precision and high quality. The large import of aluminum strip-foil not only aggravates the burden of domestic high-end aluminum strip-foil consuming enterprises but also goes against the development of our aluminum strip-foil producing enterprises. In order to adapt to the market demand to aluminum strip-foil products, it is necessary to upgrade the process and equipments of aluminum strip-foil.This paper makes some improvements on the production process scheme, on the basis of domestic research about stretching-bending unit of aluminum strip-foil, adding some functions of unloading volume, cutting strip edges and cutting the strip into a fixed size, recycling scrap shredding, and cleaning the strip. Besides, the author achieves some progress on solving the problems including heat of the straightening element, difficult to guarantee of the disc shear backlash and inconvenient maintenance of the debris machine. Finally, through the practical operation, the author proves that improved technological equipment of stretching-bending unit of aluminum strip and foil can meet the demands of high end products required on the market.Research conclusion shows that products of the improved unit are capable of satisfying the high-quality products demand of market. This unit as the domestic advanced aluminum strip-foil stretching-bending technological equipment, shortens the distance with the world leading level of aluminum processing equipment; helps to reduce investment for the domestic aluminum processing enterprises, shortens construction cycle; improves our product quality, reduces import and increases competence of our aluminum processing products.
