As the developing of the deep processing technique of the cold rolling strip,there are higher demands of quality of cold rolling products from many areas,such as autos,aviation tec.Meanwhile,the shape of the strip becomes more and more important which means a bad strip shape will impact the properties for deep processing.Thus,how to improve the plate shape quality becomes the important content of the research,and the key factors to create and improve the quality.The products of cold rolling mill in Handan Iron and steel company are mainly faced with high-end household appliances board and automobile board,which have high requirements for plate shape.The shape is one of the key indicators of the strip properties and a good shape will benefit the deep processing.Rolling mill stability,shape detection and control precision are important measures and guarantees for strip quality control,and it is also an international research topic.Since the plant built,the processing parameters have been optimized many times.However,as the increasing of the products' specifications and types,the parameters included inside the control system and other producing conditions can not match the production and therefore it is urgent to do some optimizations.This paper takes 2180 mm acid equipment rolling mill as the research object,based on site reconstruction project and new product development needs.A detailed study of several aspects such as the stability of the rolling mill equipment,the cooling effect of the emulsion,the cooling process and the strip shape control technology,and good results have been achieved.First of all,based on the analysis of the operation mechanism of rolling equipment,the fault diagnosis and equipment improvement were carried out aiming at the problems occurred during the operation of rolling mill main equipment,lubrication auxiliary system and rolling mill outlet equipment,to ensure stable operation of the system and optimization,reduce equipment accidents,ensure the high efficiency and high quality production line of cold rolling.Secondly,the process parameters and equipment operation of the F1-F4 and F5 emulsion system were analyzed.Through equipment analysis,confirmation of the relationship between the rolling speed and the flow rate and pressure of emulsion,the cooling process and equipment of the emulsion system were optimized to improve the lubrication effect and the quality of the strip.Finally,through the plate rolling process optimization,shape control parameter adjustment and control optimization of sheet shape process of raw material before rolling entrance to rolling mill,the success of acid plant shape difference problem was overcome,greatly improving the rolling quality and yield of products.The technical breakthrough and improvement in this paper have achieved good results in the strip production and shape control,and have created considerable benefits.This work is of great guiding significance in view of the independent upgrading of other steel mills.
