Cortex dictamni, for D. dasycarpus of root skin. Traditional Chinese Medicine used cortex dictamni as clearing heat and dampness, detoxification and other. This paper studies the water extracts of cortex dictamni, By 16 species common to antibacterial susceptibility to Plant pathogenic fungi screening, Determine the botrytis cinerea for indicator bacteria. By macroporous resin water extracts of cortex dictamni were the determination of the effective active site. Isolation and characterization of reactive monomeric compound, the details were as follows:1. Water extracts of cortex dictamni(pharmacognosy concentration 2.00x105 mg/l) against botrytis cinerea, Fusarium sp., Fusarium solani and other 3 kinds of disease bacteria inhibition rate were higher than 50%, water extracts of cortex dictamni had a wide antibacterial spectra.2. water extracts of cortex dictamni to botrytis cinerea virulence of regression equation for y=-0.1852 + 1.1656 x, EC50 value were 2.81×104 mg/L; water extracts of cortex dictamni to Fusarium sp. virulence of regression equations for y=-0.7459 + 1.2568 x, EC50 value were 3.73×104 mg/L.3. After separation by macroporous resin, obtain 9 components(4000 mg/L), and the distilled water, 30% alcohol eluting components shown Poor antibacterial effect. The 10%, 20% ethanol-eluting parts had promoting effect to indicator bacteria., 50%, 40%, 70%, 80% ethanol eluting part of antibacterial activity was very high. Antimicrobial activity of 40% ethanol-eluting positions was the strongest. Virulence of regression equations for y=-0.7575 + 1.869 x, EC50 value was 1203 mg/L. The 40% ethanol eluting part was the effective active site of water extracts of cortex dictamni.4. The retention time(one month) and p H(5 to 9) value had no significant impact on the effective active site of water extracts of cortex dictamni. High temperature processing(120 ℃), longer period(above 30 min) of ultraviolet light can lower the antibacterial activity of the effective active site of water extracts of cortex dictamni.5. Active site of water extracts of cortex dictamni effective separation by high speed countercurrent chromatography and obtained 3 groups of compounds. 3rd group of antimicrobial activity was the highest, purification compounds obtained by silica gel column chromatography. Virulence of regression equations for y= 1.2879 + 1.4306 x, EC50 value was 393.36 mg/L.6. Monomeric with 13 C NMR and 1H NMR characterization, and identified as fraxinellone.
