Based on the geological conditions of 1201 haulage roadway in Hua Le coal mine, this paper studied the support and rapid excavation technology of soft and mudding roadway through the laboratory test, field investigation and theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field industrial test methods.Through surrounding rock mechanics test and components analysis, the 1201 haulage roadway of Hua Le coal mine belongs to soft and mudding roadway.After analysis, the main causes of roadway surrounding rock deformation and instability are:○1 carrying capacity of surrounding rock is very low and the swelling after contact with water produces a powerful expansion pressure;○2 space between surrounding rock and U-shaped support causes uneven concentrated force and eccentric force;○3 as the roof of roadway is breakage and the temporary support is not effective, roof caving occurred immediately after excavation. New supporting scheme was designed according to the practical geological conditions in 1201 haulage roadway, advanced pipe was used to support the roof and the length of pipe was designed 6m,annular space 30 cm and the angle 5°,“U25 steel support + grouting + shotcrete” was designed as permanent support, and distance of U-steel support between two rows is 0.8m, parameters of grouting material is W:C=1:1 and S:C=0.04:1, and the design scheme was tested with FLAC3 D numerical simulation software.The main causes of low drivage speed of 1201 haulage roadway was analyzed, and the construction was optimized from technology and process aspects. The cantilever machine cutting route is optimized according to the characteristics of the 1201 haulage roadway surrounding rock and solution of soft floor problem was also put forward. Using PERT network plan technology, the drivage construction process was redesigned and process network diagram of 1201 haulage roadway was mapped.
