Hoist is the key equipment of coal production and plays a vital role in the safety coal mine production. It may occur overloading and imbalance of wire rope in the process of hoist operation. For the sake of safety and stabilized operation, we set oil pressure sensor in the rodless oil tube bypass of balancing cylinder, displacement sensor on the balancing sensor, data acquisition device on the top of skip. Data acquisition device is used to communicate with the upper computer.First of all, we analyze the friction issue in wire rope hydraulic connect device and balancing cylinder. This paper elaborately introduces the friction models and their principles, establish the structure of hoist wire rope load dynamic detecting system, design the major function and the general plan of wire rope load dynamic detecting system, set up the physical model of wire rope hydraulic connect device, analyze the characteristic of wire rope tension balancing cylinder and the theory of wire rope tension balance theory, establish the dynamic mathematical model of cylinder, analyze the kinetic and connectivity feature of cylinder, as well as the no-linear friction feature of cylinder. This paper also establishes the friction model of cylinder and analyzes the cause of tension detection error.Afterwards, this paper adopt the hydraulic station of AMESim to establish hydraulic simulation model to analyze the static characteristic of critical components of connectivity device and how the load affect the stability of cylinder, theoretically calculate the pressure loss during operation of connectivity device, establish the simulation model of cylinder and hydraulic connectivity device, analyze the dynamic feature of hydraulic connectivity device. This paper designs test bench of cylinder friction, includes structure of test rack, hydraulic system and upper computer acquisition system. This paper also establishes the plan of experiment and gets the relationship between pressure, velocity and friction through experiment. This paper also sets up the dynamic compensation method for wire rope load according to relation between the pressure of balancing cylinder and the tension of wire rope.At last, this paper establishes the Lab VIEW program of wire rope dynamic load according to the dynamic compensation method mentioned before. The program includes read and storage of the wire rope load data so that we could enhance detective accuracy and reasonability.
