Fiber art has long been regarded as a kind of ancient and young art, often appears in the state of the art in people’s life. Influenced by contemporary art, fiber art constantly pursuing new and change, nothing. In fashion design activities, the fiber itself unique texture, molding process to the designer’s rich emotion, make it easier to alternative fashion art effect, and the fiber art and fashion design, the combination of both breakthrough fiber art characteristics of complanation and at the same time can also break the limits of fashion materials. So can see fashion as functional evolution form of fiber art. The artistic quality of fiber art into fashion design, is a modern artistic thinking under the influence of an effective way to develop new forms of.In this paper, the author on the one hand, a tidal wave of emerging industry under the background of the life state of thinking, life understanding into the creative process, and put forward into the fiber art to fashion design, offset the "art" and "commodity" boundaries, reflected from the self-awareness, self denial to self across the creative attitude., on the other hand, the author through a large number of data, in many designers work to discover specific case, thus as the breakthrough point of fiber art in the form of the fashion expression were studied and discussed as an alternative materials of fiber in fashion. Articles from the theme Settings, material development, process, basic, and other aspects of interpretation, is given based on the feasibility of fiber art in the form of the fashion design, and is committed to the traditional fiber art craft combined with fashion art concept, to final render rich more diversified appreciation work, for the purpose.
