It has been proven that in our country, reservation of the recoverable coal was ranking second in the world, while output was ranking first in the world. That means it would probably not change shortly that coal mining might still take a role play in primary energy structure of up closing situation. With the improvement of quality of life, more and more attention on the quality of atmospheric environment has been paying. Any pollution such as smog, acid rain, greenhouse effect and other phenomena of air pollution was observed and supervised.It was regarded that the causes of air pollution were mostly from aseries of combustion of coal dust, SO2, NOX and some other gases without treatment or removal, certainly, which were substandard discharges. Industrially, burning boilers are being figured on and controlled in a lot of ways in order to cut the emission volume off through decreasing the coal burning consumption.This dissertation is based on a case study on Cao Jiatan coal mine which is marked as a coal mine on National Intelligence Level, mainly about their routine inspections and appraisals of the coal-burning boilers dust removal and those flue gas desulfurization and SNCR+SCR denitration, through which we are seeking for a better plan that will implement an energy efficient and a reduction of flue gas emission relevant to coal burning boilers.Technically, we collected a series of daily normal data and compared more or less in different ways, for instance, we predict a volume of flue gas emission in a daily normal operation of the system and keep figuring out how to adjust and reduce them. Actually, these programs are definitely not only a technical problem, but also a investment, which should be considered much about in-put and out-put effects. So far as those equipments of denitration, coal burning dust removal and flue gas desulfurization and the operation of systems, these cost a lot. After working on cost-benefit analyses; computation of operating costs desulfuration and coal burning flue gas emissions inventory, we compared with the previous data and analyzed. Meanwhile, in order to demonstrate the practical effects of the implementation of the project might be achieved, we focused on 4 targeted using-on coal burning boilers, took data up everyday for the analysis and comparison.Cao Jiatan coal mine selected SNCR+SCR method for denitration of coal burning boilers. Flue gas in boiler furnace was eliminated through which some NOX was gotten rid of in the first step, and then together with the later reaction, escaping ammonia under boiler flue gas catalyst reaction removed a lot of NOX. this method could get over the 70% of denitration efficiency, also reduced the amount of catalyst, and saved investment. At the same time, we selected the bag filter dust removal by using filtration membrane filter function dust trap in the dust on the filter, which has a small footprint, low investment, high removal efficiency. Choice of magnesia FGD, Mg(OH) 2 solution absorbing SO2 eventually reacted MgSO4,MgSO4 soluble in water which was the main component of sea water, absolutely non-risks and non-secondary pollution, we could take the advantages of high efficiency, low maintenance and simple convenience.Due to an easy way to reach the existing level of polluting emissions standard, we currently realized domestic technologies and techniques dealing with coal burning boilers while selected by us in this paper were insufficient however, a new pollutants emissions standard is going to be implemented soon in a national wide. Under such a background, this research on flue gas processing systems transformation, all newly designed coal burning boilers is looked as necessary and meaningful, we are still keeping on checking and examining the results.
