During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the environmental protection industry will maintain an average annual growth rate of about 20%,with huge market space involving many industries.According to the development trend,the implementation of third-party environmental pollution control is easy to improve the quality management of environmental engineering operation and maintenance,and improve the level of professional operation and maintenance.With the rapid development of China's environmental protection industry,in the next few years,the third-party environmental pollution control of various industries will continue to develop rapidly.China's most polluted small and medium-sized coal-fired boilers consume 25% of coal annually,accounting for 60% of China's total emissions of air pollutants.Xieqiao Mine is currently using four boilers,only through the water film dust collector for dust removal and desulfurization,cannot meet the environmental requirements.Coal-fired boilers need to be re-selected for dust removal,desulfurization and denitrification systems,and matched with automatic control systems,so that flue gas discharges standards.In this paper,the technological principles of dust removal,desulfurization,denitrification and automatic control system are analyzed one by one,and systematic comparison is made to select the best solution.The design and application of PLC electronic control system,through data acquisition and analysis of the key process control points of the system and centralized control of the executing mechanism,to achieve automatic real-time adjustment of the system running state,stable and reliable operation,and ultimately meet the national boiler emission standards.Using PLC electronic control system software,this system designed and has realized on the position machine supervisory system.And it designed monitoring and demonstration picture,the device control and demonstration picture,the alarm system,the history data record inquiry and the event record function and so on.Man-machine contact surface friendly,versatility good,reliability high,is easy to use.Finally,this system introduced the system debugging and tried the question and the solution which transported in the process to exist in detailed.Figure [29] Table [9] Reference [44]...
