Study On Soft Thick Coal Roadway Grouting And Supporting Technology

Grouting of rock and soil reinforcement technology is commonly used in civil engineering. With the development of grouting materials and grouting technology, a new research of grouting technology and its engineering application cause concern. This paper takes Xiayukou mine of Hancheng mineral company as engineering background, carrying out research of high permeability effect and application of grouting technology, grouting parameters of early strength grouting material, which has a great significance to the mine production and safety.In order to find a suitable soft thick seam grouting materials, this essay from the prospective of grouting theory, grouting material and grouting technology to conduct laboratory test and coal seam grouting simulation test with the propose of seeking the grouting reinforcement material for the soft coal roadway.Theoretical research: Firstly it analyzes the formation process of Xiayukou coal mine; Secondly it revises the Maag permeation grouting theory and analyzes the effect of grouting pressure of permeation grouting; Thirdly according to the elastic-plastic theory, it studies the method of solving split pressure of split grouting and estimates the range of the loose ring in Xiayukou 21308 coal mine roadway; Finally, on the basis of coal rock crack development mechanism, it infers the relationship between the amount of crack and crack width, and verifies the rationality of the filling coefficient. Laboratory test: According to the unconfined compression strength test of coal-polyurethane mixture of different densities, it finds polyurethane has a good ability to glue coal and rock together; At the same time, conducting the unconfined compression strength test of cement-clay slurry in order to support practical engineering.The ground simulation test: Through self-development grouting reinforcement device, analyze the feasibility of coal grouting reinforcement calculation in the confined space. It also finds the significance of water injection test in grouting engineering.The underground test: Through a number of underground grouting tests, possess the ways of sealing grouting hole and the suitable scheme of pipe design and the reinforcement scheme is optimized; According to the results of pull-out tests, describe the current insufficient of some present support means and put forward the preliminary scheme of roadway reinforcement.
