At present, studying the serous seepage of the law, the majority of cases have serous simplifying assumptions for the Newtonian fluid.the infiltration grouting mechanism of Newtonian fluid has acquire tremendous achievements, while the seepage's law for Bingham time-varying fluidstudy few at home and abroad.however,it is important for the Bingham time-varying fluid seepage's law to guide actual grouting project.By researching and analysising the grouting proliferation and strengthening mechanism of cement slurry belongs to Bingham time-varying fluid into a small size gravel layer, the issue reveal to the seepage's law for Bingham time-varying fluid.This paper studies have been carried out as follows:(1). Rheology experiments of cement slurry.Through the relevant tests for different water-cement ratio of cement slurry rheology studies,It has been Conclusion:With the increase of water-cement ratio, cement slurry will transform from the Newtonian fluid to Bingham fluid and its yield stress, as well as the plastic viscosity decreases gradually;and arrive at that W=1.25 is the turning point to cement slurry from the Bingham fluid to Newtonian fluid by experimental analysis, and enriched the theory of cement slurry rheology;(2). The stability of cement slurry experiment.By the Indoor relevant tests on different water-cement ratio of cement slurry stability, we arrive at conclusion that a higher concentration of cement slurry, its ordained of analysis water rate changes slowly, while increasing the water-cement ratio, It increases significantly;(3). Research and analysis of the penetration mechanism of grouting.In theory research grouting infiltration mechanism of cement slurry b belongs to Bingham time-varying fluid into a small size gravel layer, perfect its proliferation mechanism, spherical, cylindrical and the column-hemispherical, and analyze the Mechanical mechanism grouting process and After grouting reinforcement;(4). Research on indoor simulation grouting experiment.Made a indoor mini-size simulated grouting devices which can be used to research the quantitative relationship between the grouting pressure, injected volume, a small size gravel layer's characteristics,water-cement ratio,grouting permeating radius,aperture of grouting hole tube and distance between the hole tube etc;(5). Test and analysis of the stone-grouting effect.Carried out indoor experiments, mainly from the ultrasonic wave velocity, strength and elastic modulus of the three targets, and tested and analysis the grouting-stone-effect.The indoor grouting simulation experiment with the Bingham, time-varying fluid infiltration mechanism of grouting in this article studied is a high degree of agreement.
