Wolfberry, Solanaceae plants sprawling shrub fruits,is rich nutrition, which is good for kidney,eyes and blood. There are a variety of active ingredients in Ningxia wolfberry, pigment content of 0.282%, flavonoid content of 1.32%, polysaccharide content of 6.32%. Wolfberry comprehensive development and utilization have a high economic value. Pigment can treat night blindness, protect eyesight; wolfberry flavonoids can improve the body’s endurance and delay fatigue; polysaccharides can regulate and promote the body’s immunity. The purpose of the article is synthesized utilization of Ningxia wolfberry, so that wolfberry pigment,flavonoids and polysaccharides were extracted and purified. Research results are as follows:1.Thermal reflow method to extract wolfberry polysaccharides with aceton and solventing- out rotary evaporation method with ethanol processes to purify it were researched.The thermal reflow method with aceton was employed to extract pigment from Wolfberry fruit. The orthogonal test methodology was applied to optimized conditions further. The result showed that the best extraction process as follows: ratio of material to liquid 6:1, temperature 55 ℃and 2 hours. Under these conditions,the extraction ratio was 0.269%. Compared with solvent extraction, solventing- out rotary evaporation method with ethanoll, it found solventing- out rotary evaporation method with ethanol worked better, the treated pigment obtained with a purity of 76.46%, the yield was 0.226%.2.Thermal reflow method to extract wolfberry polysaccharides with ethanol and resin method for enrichment to remove impurities were researched.The thermal reflow method with ethanol was employed to extract flavonoids from wolfberry fruit. And the orthogonal test methodology was applied to optimized conditions further.The result showed that the best extraction process as follows: ratio of liquid to material 1:5, temperature 80 ℃and 2.5 hours, extracted twice. Compared with solvent extraction and recrystallization, resin method for enrichment to remove impurities worked better. With HPD-100 which was the best resin purification, wolfberry flavonoids static adsorption capacity was 36.43 mg / g, the amount of static resolution was 24.01 mg / g, the optimal sample concentration was 0.6ml / mg, the sample flow rate was 0.5ml / min. 95% ethanol concentration was selected as analytical solvents, analytical flow rate was 0.5ml / min, the yield was 0.766%,purity was 43.31%.3.Thermal reflow method to extract wolfberry polysaccharides with water and selection alkaline protease method to remove protein were researched.The Acid extraction and alcohol precipitation method was employed to extract polysaccharides from Wolfberry fruit. And the orthogonal test methodology was applied to optimized conditions further. The result showed that the best extraction process as follows:pH=1.5, ratio of material to liquid 1:60, temperature 80 and 1.5 hours℃,extract twice. Under these conditions,the extraction ratio was 5.40%. It was determined that the selection alkaline protease method, superior to TCA method and the pH value method, is the best method to remove protein. The result showed that the best consideration as follows: enzyme dosage was 0.3%, pH = 8, temperature was 55 ℃, it extracted 2h. The result showed that removal rate was 81.36%, protein recovery was 91.34%, composite index was 0.8535, the purity of LBP was 90.14%, the yield was 4.93%.
