With the development of technology, people are constantly putting forward higher requirements on the industrial manufacturing. Energy saving, weight reduction and costs reduction is one of the modern advanced manufacturing technology trends. Internal high-pressure forming, a molding machining technics which molds by the use of hydraulic pressure is developed based on this background. And it is widely used in aviation, aerospace, automotive and other fields. The control system is the core of the internal high-pressure forming. Internal high-pressure forming process on both sides of the hydraulic cylinders position synchronization control problem is one of the key technologies of internal high-pressure forming control system. The effect of both sides of the cylinders position synchronized control is directly related to the quality of the product. Therefore, the study of this issue is of great significance. The main contents are as follows:First, based on a great deal on the basis of relevant literature, this paper describes the technology and the current research of the internal high-pressure forming at home and aboard. Introduces works and composition of the internal high-pressure forming equipment. And stresses the importance of the study on the position synchronous control of the internal high-pressure forming equipment.Second, designs on both sides of the cylinders electro-hydraulic proportional control system, analyzes the hydraulic power agency. And the mathematical model is established on the electro-hydraulic proportional control system of one side of the cylinders, which provides a theoretical basis for the simulation studies on the position synchronization control of both sides of the cylinders.Third, simulation study is conducted on the position synchronization control of both sides of the cylinders. Selects the synchronization control strategy, and builds the simulation model on both of PID control and active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) of this system in the Simulink. Then compares the simulation results of the two kinds of controllers.Finally, sets up the simulation test platform of the position synchronous control of both sides of the hydraulic cylinders, and designs the electrical control system for it. Then, the single cylinder PID position control experiment and both sides of the cylinders position synchronous PID control experiment are conducted with S7-300 PLC as the main controller and Win CC as the configuration software. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the control strategy and the operability of the test platforms, which lays the foundation for the practical application of internal high-pressure forming control system in this way.
