Oil pollution has become one of the major environmental issues of water, in order to grasp the changing trends of oil pollution, real-time online detection of oil in water concentration problems to be solved. Fluorescence spectroscopy in mineral oil contamination testing technology research plays an important role. Through in-depth analysis of mineral oil in water detection methods and detection techniques that existing mineral oil in water meter Most of them are bulky, long detection time, higher cost disadvantages. Thus, from the basic principles of fluorescence detection departure, according to the experimental and theoretical knowledge, combined with fluorescence analysis and photoelectric detection technology, we designed a simple modular combination of fluorescence spectrometry system.Firstly, the basic background fluorescence spectroscopy for detecting the status of mineral oil in water and a brief overview of domestic and international research, and explores the theoretical knowledge generation mechanism of fluorescence analysis of the structural characteristics of mineral oil, and its fluorescence spectrum assay conducted a feasibility study to analyze the effect of various environmental factors on the fluorescence intensity.Secondly, based on the principle of oil fluorescence detection, in-depth analysis of the feasibility of measuring fluorescence oil in water concentration. Mineral oil is determined to detect the best excitation wavelength and fluorescence wavelength of the excitation spectrum of oil based on available data and fluorescence spectra. Finally, the spectral absorption characteristics of the mixed mineral oils to determine their main ingredient. Analysis of the main components of the system, the choice of the pulsed xenon lamp as an excitation light source, designed excitation source pulsed xenon lamp drive circuit, interference filters and other components of the detection system.
