With the development of China’s economy,the population continues to grow,the demand for energy is increasing,which leads to the continuous exploitation of energy,causing water pollution in the process of exploitation of energy,the problem has become the focus of the world.All kinds of mineral oil are the main components of water pollution,so it is essential to detect the kinds and content of mineral oils in water.There are many kinds of methods for detecting oil in water.Because mineral oil is slightly soluble in water,the accuracy of measurement and the realization of the technology are very critical.In this paper,the fluorescence method used at home and abroad are analyzed and studied.In view of the detection current situation of oil contaminants in water,the concentration of oil in water is detected based on the combination of fluorescence technique three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum and the characteristic parameter extraction method.The relationship between sample concentration and fluorescence intensity is analyzed,and the influence of the external environment,such as solvent,PH,temperature and ordered media,on the fluorescence characteristics is studied.In this experiment,the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrogram of three kinds of pure mineral oil are respectively tested by using three kinds of mineral oil,including the 93 th gasoline,the 97 th gasoline and diesel oil.And the corresponding three-dimensional fluorescence spectrogram is obtained again by the preparation of different concentrations of methanol and aqueous solution,and then the qualitative and quantitative analysis of three kinds of mineral oil is completed.According to the change of peak position and fluorescence intensity,the working curves of different mineral oil in aqueous solution are plotted,and the feasibility of three-dimensional fluorescence detection of oil in water is proved.In this paper,the wavelet-denoising principle is applied to the signal detection of mineral oil,and different wavelet is used to denoise the experimental data respectively.The analysis shows that the result is close to the original signal.It is proved that the method of wavelet-denoising is very effective in separating the fluorescence signals and interference signals of mineral oil,then improve the accuracy of detecting the concentration of mineral oil in water.
