Surface Protection Material Research And Application Development In The Preparation Process Of Photovoltaic Glass

Solar power is ant abundant, clean, widely distributed, and renewable resource. The photovoltaic industry developed rapidly in the solar power development process. Solar pv glass as one of the most important aspects of the solar pv industry chain, it attached to the development of solar photovoltaic cells. The research of the solar pv glass surface protection in the process of preparation, storage and transportation, and processing is one of the research focus in the glass industry.This study put forward design principles and ideas in the solar pv glass special protective material design, aimed at its chemical composition and surface morphology characteristics. It should match the chemical composition of glass mildew proof design, and it should match the optical glass surface morphology of isolation protection design.The composition and surface morphology of solar pv glass was analyzed and on this basis to study and to prepare the solar pv glass special mouldproof powder. This study shows that the best particle size of the solar pv glass special mouldproof powder is 100-250μm. This mouldproof powder has the same anti-mold property with common glass mouldproof powder, and also isolation effect is good and powder liquidity is good. The TCO coated glass membrane was analyzed, on this basis the dedicated isolation powder for TCO coated glass was studied and prepared. The best particle size of the TCO coated glass dedicated isolation powder is 100-250μm. This isolation powder has good isolation effect and does not cause scratch on the coating surface. Its water imbibition is similar to the imported isolation material, and it is comparable to those foreign products.
