The traditional way of measuring roundness error is mostly offline measurement. It is difficult to guarantee the dimensional parameters of the batch production of parts and dimension parameter for example, various types of roller of precise rolling bearings.Because of the dimensional parameters of the rolling element micro inconsistencies,it will lead the uneven load in motion.This will affect the bearing of rotary precision and service life.Therefore, this study designs a roundness error online measurement device based on the LabVIEW virtual instrument technology.Hardware data acquisition device converts the radial variation of work pieces to the directly digital output by the probe structure which is equipped with the precision grinding machine, in order to analyze and process by software.The probe structure is high precision digital sensors based on the principle of grating.Control system adopts the eight axis motion controller of the GALIL company in the United States and the servo motor of Yaskawa company.Motion controller is to control the rotation of the grinding wheel spindle motion and the feed of precision grinding platform which is driven by the Two coordinate servo motor. The Servo motor drive roller rotation by mechanical structure.Through the preset grinding process:the on-line probe institutions measure the real-time parameters of the rollers,and then transfer the data to PC. The real-time data will be analyzed in PC, calculated and transformed to grinding control signals to the controller. Then the controller corrects grinding deviation to finish the closed-loop control of grinding.Design software of on-line detection device to measure the roundness error. Introduces the separation and processing algorithms of the singular point in collecting data and eliminates the gross error; designs a digital filter eliminates the noise interference signal in acquisition signal; Compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the four kinds of roundness error evaluation algorithm and their suitable situation, eventually determines a roundness error optimization algorithm, and gives its specific algorithm.Then in the Lab VIEW software platform programming to realize. The data processing modules will be accomplished in the LabVIEW programming.Combination of hardware and software is to achieve the roundness error on-line detection.Finally, the experiments have been carried out to verify the on-line roundness error detection device.According to the previous design,it builds and debugs the whole on-line detection device. After the completion of building and debugging, through the device for measuring work piece on-line,then it will be analyzed and processed on the upper machine. By contrasting the test results and the measured work piece production parameters, it proved that the on-line roundness error detection device is feasible and accurate。...
