The research taking carbon steel bar as the object, he Hillert’s formulas with equilibrium phase diagram and the temperature, carbon content of GS(A3) and GP curves formula have been derived and calculated. It preliminary explored the relationship and variation about between Hillert’s sub-lattice model parameters and lines GS(A3) and GP of equilibrium thermodynamic phase diagram, and used VC ++ or VS2013 program software depicts the lines GS(A3) and GP equilibrium phase transition curve. It had been established lever rule formulas by VC ++ or VS2013 program, which can analyze and calculate the microstructure and mechanical properties of composition of equilibrium phase diagram.Setting up experiments of new type CCT curve for projection and collection, the actual non-equilibrium GS(A3) and the A1 phase-transition curves and non-equilibrium phase diagram had been established under the variable temperature and variable cooling speed constant pressure condition. Using computer program drew phase transition curves and non-equilibrium phase diagram(mainly sub-eutectoid steel and steel section), which explored and discovered part of relationships and variation between the new type CCT curves and GS(A3) and the A1 phase transition curves of non-equilibrium phase diagram.Achieving some relevant bars of sample, using quantitative metallography experimental analysis methods, pearlite class of non-equilibrium microstructure components were accurate quantitative analysis calculated. Further established the phase diagram of carbon dynamic tissue composition formulas and procedures, analyzed and calculated of the theoretical formula and its calculating results. The experimental results showed the theoretical match with each other.When non-equilibrium GS(A3) phase transition curve only have two phase equilibrium, the free energy of carbon in austenite criterion formulas(besides formulas of carbon content and temperature), and the related thermodynamic parameters were discussed briefly.Improved some related work like pre-project carbon steel non-equilibrium phase diagram and laid the foundation for the basic theory and application of new technology.
