With the development of life level, people begin to focus on environmental pollution and health problems caused by pesticides. Excessive use of pesticides is a direct cause of pesticide residues in food, the use of online mixing way replace pre mixing traditional, the pesticide can be mixed at any time. The pesticide tank is separated to water tank, The remaining pesticides can be recycled, avoid environmental pollution and waste of resources. Effectively improve the efficiency of the use of pesticide, reduce pesticide usage, are effective ways to reduce the amount of pesticide residues in food, so as to improve our food hygiene and safety, is helpful to the human health.This paper analyzed the mixing mechanism of static mixer, static mixer with blades used for chemical industry, mixing unit of SK type and SSK type mixer are spiral, according to the two types, this paper designed the static mixer with blades, which performance of mixing is related to rows of blades arrangement, the number of blades and the inner core length as factors. The nine kinds of the mixers are A type, B type, C type, D type, E type, F type, G type, H type, I type,using Solid Works for three-dimensional modeling.CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)was used to assist the simulation of the internal flow field inside the nine types of mixers, through the simulation data, analyzed the effect on the mixing performance of mixers with different structure of the inner core.Selecting a piston pump working pressure was 0.35 Mpa and a medicine pump frequency was 130 Hz as the condition of simulation, in this condition, the loss of pressure and velocity is little, the number of columns of the mixer is three drugs, the inner core length is 200 mm, the adjacent blades mixing unit are same rotation. With the increase in the number of column of blades and the inner core length, pressure and velocity loss is gradually increased.Simulation of piston pump working pressure of the selection process for 0.35 Mpa, a medicine pump frequency is 130 Hz, under this condition, the A type pressure loss and the velocity loss medicine mixing device at least, wing of the medicine mixing device 3 rows of columns, the inner core length is 200 mm, the mixed unit wing adjacent to the same spin. With the fin column increase in number and length of the core, the pressure loss and the loss of velocity increases gradually.Through the nine kinds of mixers test and test data analysis, we knew each mixing performance of them. In the case of a piston pump pressure is 0.29 Mpa, A type, E type, I type mixers have good mixing performance,whose length of inner core is 200 mm, so the inner core length has a great impact on the performance of the mixing. The length is shorter, the mixing performance is better; when the piston pump pressure is 0.35 Mpa, the mixing performance of staggered B type, E type, H type arrangement of the mixer is good, mixing unit arrangement has great influence on the mixing performance at the normal pressure, blades staggered arrangement is good to the mixing performance; when the piston pump pressure is 0.41 Mpa, C type, E type, G type mixer exhibits good mixing property, which shows that in the case of high pressure, the number of rows of blades has very large effect on the mixing performance, the number is bigger,the mixing performance is better. Test showed that, the optical density coefficient of variation of E type mixer is the minimum, the mixing performance is the best.The static mixer with blades is able to achieve precise work, help to reduce the use of pesticides, reducing damage to the environment, application process to avoid human contact with pesticides to protect farmers’ safety.
