In this paper, the distribution of particle size, the porosity and resistance, the cake-bed permeability of centrifugal filtration of cake were studied in detail, and the moisture limitation of centrifugal filtration and air-pressure assisted dehydration was also studied.Firstly, according to the theory of centrifugal settling, the particle settlment and liquid behavior during the growth of centrifugal filter cake were discussed; the law of of particle settlement and liquid pressure distribution were established.Secondary, the experimental facility of coal centrifugal filtration dehydration processing was designed and established. According to the rule of centrifugal filter cake growth, stratification the filter cake formed with different conditions in radial direction, the distribution of particle size was analyzed, and the result indicated that the size distribution in radial direction of centrifugal filter cake particle size,furthermore, the effect of particle size distribution on pore structure and resistance distribution was also discussed in this paper.Thirdly, based on capillary model, the characteristics of saturated and unsaturated seepage during centrifugal filtering process were investigated, and main factors influencing liquid percolation of centrifugal filter were also studied.Finally, a series of tests were conducted to investigate the dehydration effect of centrifugal filtration dehydration assisted with air pressure and the influence mechanism of gas flow on capillary liquid flow was also studied. The relationship between air pressure assisted centrifugal filtration and the limitation of dehydration was studied.
