The Design Of Chinese Medicine Automatic Deploying System

With the development of traditional Chinese medicine processing technology, Chinese medicine granules gradually replace the traditional herbal pieces as the standardized production. But dispensing operation in hospitals is mainly relied on pharmacists, which requires a lot of manpower and material resources.Manual dispensary cannot meet the requirements of the weighing accuracy and efficiency at the same time. Series of products have been developed in the world, but they fail to achieve a good and efficient dispensing process, and dispensing accuracy is not enough. A new automated dispensing system with high efficiency and precision is developed.Because there are many kinds of drugs, the system adopts the matrix layout scheme. By using IPC and motion control card, the system controls synchronous belt system for efficient dispensing function. The weighing precision is an important indicator of the system, by analysis the error factors of the weighing mechanism, a hierarchical structure is designed. Through the test we can see that it can achieve high weighing precision. The communication between IPC and medicine cabinet is based on CAN communication with custom frame format.Information management system is built which bases on MFC and open source database My SQL, it provides the prescribing information for automated pharmacy equipment and manages the information of pharmacy.The experiments show that the information management system can realize the information management; synchronous belt control system can get the medicine according to prescription; the designed medicine cabinet structure can control dispensing error in a small range.
