With gold by continual development and utilization of mineral resources, natural gold mineral resources dwindling, and gold processing and utilization of secondary resources, not only can meet the needs of the development of human society on the gold resources, can reduce pollution of the environment at the same time.A high sulphur gold concentrate of gold, sulfur grade were 11.80 g/t and30.53%, respectively, by the phase analysis of gold, gold sulfide package 60.82%, undressed ore directly for cyanide leaching rate of gold is low, such as direct cyaniding production cost is higher, the economy is not reasonable.The experimental study of this topic through the systems of re-election technology on the gold concentrate, obtaining high quality of the gold concentrate and sulphur concentrate, and then, again for cyanide leaching of gold concentrate of gold.The topic according to the mineralogy research result of the high-sulphur gold Concentrate and technology test research such as single flotation process and combination process of gravity concentration and flotation were separately conducted.And finally took the single flotation process as best technology. Namely the grinding fineness- 0.074 mm accounted for 78-80% of full flotation separation process of enrichment of gold, sulfur ore dressing process, won a gold concentrate rate was 7.21%, the gold grade of 129.69 g/t, the gold recovery rate is 88.63%; Sulfur concentrate rate was 62.34%, the grade of gold and sulfur is 1.80 g/t and 47.99% respectively, and the ore dressing recovery rate of gold and sulfur were 10.62% and 91.90% respectively.Of flotation gold concentrate cyaniding leaching test, the test to get the best conditions for: to grind fineness of 0.044 mm(95%), pulp density, 33% lime dosage is 8000 g/t, alkali in 30 minutes, cyanide dosage is 12000 g/t, leaching time 24 h, the gold leaching rate can reach 96.39%.The smelting and total recovery rateof gold and sulfur minera were 85.43% and 91.90% respectively, mineral smelting and ideal effect.Research results show that: the gold concentrate and grinding- flotation enrichment sulphur- flotation gold concentrate cyaniding gold mineral smelting and processing, can effectively open the sulfide and part of gangue on gold package, reduces costs of cyanide leaching and roasting.This topic through a large number of trials, and eventually won the high sulphur comprehensive recovery of gold concentrate is the most effective and most economic recovery plan, realize the comprehensive recovery of valuable elements, has important economic significance.
