With the development of industrial technology in China, acid rain and other environmental problems in our country is getting worse. China is one of the important environmental issue is to reduce sulfur dioxide atmosphere and nitrogen oxide emissions. As the main coal-fired emissions control thermal power plant flue gas sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide is particularly important.The research object of this paper is the guodian group baoji power plant unit 2 x660 mw desulfurization denitration automatic control system. First of all, through field study and reading lots of literature, it analyses the modern desulfurization denitration technology at home and abroad and its development stage. According to power plant environment and geographical position, it is concluded that the most applicable desulfurization denitration technology limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization and flue gas denitration SCR method, And summarizes the equipment and corresponding to each subsystem of the subsystems of the control parameters of the control system. Secondly, the EDPF-NT+ system of the power plant is briefly introduced, Based on the platform of EDPF-NT+ system, And the basic structure, hardware configuration, the selection and the selection of the DCS system for desulfurization and denitrification are analyzed in detail. Then through the analysis of the various parameters, using control diagram, Sama logic diagrams and control flow chart analysis method of the key process in analog control, sequence control and interlock protection do comprehensive induction and analysis.Then, some shortcomings of the existing absorption tower pH control are improved. The control of the fixed parameters in the conventional PID control is solved by using the fuzzy adaptive PID control. And use FUZZY module to create the fuzzy controller, using SIMULINK simulation, the comparison between the two simulation, verify its feasibility.
