With the global mining boom faded, the domestic situation of mining is entering new normal, the demand of mineral resource is slowing, obvious surplus of production capacity is still processing, and the price of mineral products is all the way down. In this tough market environment, reducing mining cost and safety and high efficiency mining have become an inevitable choice for competition and development of mining enterprises. Mining Process of ore conveyance by blasting force in Erlihe Lead-zinc Mine encounters many technical problems, which directly influences the mine’s production efficiency and economic benefits.Based on the actual investigation, the reasons of the poor effect of blasting and haulage inefficiency have studied in depth, and mining process has been improved. First of all, problems existed in the practical application was introduced, then to solve the problems, this paper expounds the explosive force carrying principle and method for optimization of mining technology research. And second, according to the actual situation of saddle orebody stoping in Erlihe Lead-zinc Mine, training design and is suitable for the network model of mine blasting parameter optimization. The network model which is suitable for blasting parameter optimization have designed and trained. And the trained BP neural network was emulated through the Matlab toolbox, so the best blasting parameters were selected. Once more, according to the technical mining condition and mining technology of saddle orebody, Rocfall is used to simulate the ore handling process. This study provides a new way of thinking for the mines of similar mining conditions which calculation conveyance distance. Finally, the parallel test stopes were designed, and the mining technology before and after was respectively applied to the stoping work. Technical-economic evaluation has revealed that compared with the original mining technology, explosive consumption was reduced by 7.5%. It has achieved good effect in field application and improves economic efficiency of mining enterprises.The improved mining technology, not only can effectively solve the problem of blasting and ore removing in underground stope to ensure workers operate safety, improve mine economic benefit, but also provides the theory basis of design and production management for the mines of similar mining conditions. The research achievements have important instruction significance to improve mining technology of blasting force driven ore conveyance.
