For the open-pit mine selecting rational blasting parameters and ensure the bench blasting effect is bench blasting toward safer, more economic,better environmental protection in the direction of development.In view of the warp and woof of the mine bench blasting after as well as the problem of high rate of large phenomenon, it is necessary to further optimize the parameters of bench blasting, to ensure that the blasting effect is more ideal. The main research content is as follows:First for characterization of blasting effect to quantify the indexes of different grade,according to the analytic hierarchy process to determine the corresponding weights of combination evaluation process to determine the matter-element matrix,classical domain and the domain,through the matlab programming is its comprehensive correlation degree.finally associated with their level of blasting effect is good or bad.Matter-element method is applied to evaluate the steps of the open-pit mine blasting effect,to a more comprehensive grasp of the relationship between different evaluation index.The matter-element method is in the past on the basis of summarizing the past experience in a more objective and concise way performance evaluation results of blasting effect.A blasting test compared their level of blasting effect is consistent,the result indicates that the matter-element model method for evaluating blasting effect is effective.Pre-determined blasting effect factors proportion can provide reasonable blasting parameters for the following design reference material.The analytic hierarchy process is used to analyse the factors affecting the overall weight for sorting,the results tell us that the specific charge,rock mass structural integrity needs to pay more attention to the influence of the blasting effect.ombined with the field blasting test data to establish the prediction model of neural network,through the contrast before and after the optimization parameters of blasting effect in combination with combined matter-element model to evaluate the effect of two proves the reliability of the model.
