Pesticide plays a crucial role in preventing crops from disease, insects and grass. However, the resistance of traditional pesticide has been increasing due to its wide use. Meanwhile, the growing awareness of environmental and ecological balance requires high-efficient, low-toxic and green pesticide. It has been proved that the modification of the structures of commercial products is one of the effective ways to develop new agrochemicals.According to the bioisosterism principle and union of active groups, biologically active heterocycles such as furan, oxazole and coumarin rings have been involved in the structural modifications of the core skeleton of Fenpyroximate. 51 novel target compounds were synthesied, the synthetic methods and conditions for the title compounds were optimized.The structures of the target compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and elemental analysis, additionally some target products were confirmed by MS analysis. The primary bioassay data exhibited that some title compounds showed good insecticidal and acaricidal activities, in addition, some target compounds displayed potent fungicidal activities.The results of these studies make good preparation for the further research of novel pyrazole oximes including molecular design, synthesis and structure-bioactivity relationship. Some title compounds can be selected as the lead compounds for deeper investigation.
