In recent years, organic polymer-inorganic nanocomposites research has become very attractive. This material will have hope be used in optics, electromagnetism, mechanics, biology and other fields. ZnO has good stability and biological compatibility, This made it useful in many areas. Conductive polymers, like polypyrrole and polyaniline, has become a hot topic due to its unique properties. This thesis focus on the preparation of binary or ternary ZnO and conductive polymers composites, and make research on their characterization and catalytic performance. The mainly thesis studies are as follows:(1) Ppy was prepared in situ polymerization method, and ZnO/Ppy composites with different contents of Ppy(20%, 40%, 60%) were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The composites were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and XRD, the result showed that ZnO/Ppy with 60% Ppy had uniformity morphology. The study on photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange to research the catalytic properties of the composites, it is concluded that ZnO/Ppy with 60% Ppy has a better catalytic properties. Cyclic voltammetry of composites were conducted in 1 mol·L-1 KCl solutions to research the electrical properties of sample, it was found that ZnO/Ppy with 60% Ppy possessed symmetrical redox peaks.(2) Perovskite-type oxides La0.3Ca0.7Fe0.7Ni0.3O3 with different temperature(200 ℃, 400 ℃and 600 ℃) were prepared by glycine-nitrate method. ZnO was synthesized by liquid phase precipitation method.with oxidant of FeCl3·6H2O,(200 ℃, 400 and 600 ℃ ℃) ZnO/La0.3Ca0.7Fe0.7Ni0.3O3/Ppy were prepared in situ polymerization method, the morphology and structure of the composites were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD), the result showed that ZnO and La0.3Ca0.7Fe0.7Ni0.3O3 was covered by Ppy. The research on degradating methylene blue was to study the catalytic properties of the composites, it showed that catalytic performance of composites with different temperature is not obvious, but 600 ℃ ZnO/La0.3Ca0.7Fe0.7Ni0.3O3/Ppy is better, cyclic voltammetry of composites were conducted in 1 mol·L-1 KCl solutions to research the electrical properties of composites, it was found that(600 ℃)ZnO/La0.3Ca0.7Fe0.7Ni0.3O3/Ppy possessed better electrical properties.(3) ZnO/Fe3O4 with different ratio(2:1, 1:1, 1:2) were prepared by liquid phase precipitation method, with oxidant of ammonium persulfate, ZnO/Fe3O4/PANI were further prepared in situ polymerizationmethod. the morphology and structure of the composites were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD), it was found that a coated layer was formed by PANI in the composites; by photocatalytic degradating methylene blue, the catalytic properties of the composites were studied, the results showed that the binary compound with ratio of 2:1 possess better photocatalytic performance, cyclic voltammetry of composites were conducted to have a preliminary study on the electrical properties of composites, it was found that when the ratio was 2:1,the ternary compound has good electrochemical performance, the redox peak was symmetry.
