In this paper, High nitrogen steel was used to study the different heat source spacing 、arc pulse frequency、laser energy for the influence of Arc ignition, the results show that: It was adversely affected to plasma emission spectroscopy for the arc energy, Plasma emission spectrum light intensity and continuity is deteriorated with the increasing of the arc energy, however, when the pulse laser light is added, this phenomenon is improved, and the intensity of the plasma emission spectrum and continuity become stronger with the increasing of the laser energy. Through analysis of the heat source spacing have been known. Plasma emission line intensities is firstly increased with the heat source spacing increasing but then decrease Droplet is researched. The result has been shown: droplet transfer frequency has increased with the increase of the laser action time. The source spacing influence of droplet transfer frequency is not obvious. The source spacing influence is firstly increased with the heat source spacing increasing but then decreaseThe Arc morphological changes、welding signal、plasma electron temperature and electron density are researched. Eventually reveals the mechanism of plasma arc characteristics are revealed.1) Firstly, the role of the work piece and the laser beam of high energy density to form a metal vapor.2) Secondly, a part of protective gas and metal vapor of free electrons by absorbing photon energy are accelerated. When the free electrons have enough energy to collide Charged Particle and Protective gas for causing the Ionization.3) Again, the plasma will grow rapidly and eventually come into contact to tungsten with the strengthening of the role of the laser. Because plasma is a highly ionized gas(plasma high temperature, the temperature can reach thousands of degrees or even thousands of degrees). Thus it is provided favorable conditions for tungsten electron.4) Then the gap between the electrodes is filled with plasma, the welding circuit is turned on at this time, MAG arc is ignited.5) Last, When the laser power is removed, MAG provided following current power is relatively stable, The arc continues to burn, But the occurrence of an arc shape is shrinkage...
