According to the investigation of parameters of engineering practice,combined with the actual production environment and processing technology,firstly,proposed the swab the overall design scheme.Secondly,each part of the organization to be research,methods of simulation through the static structural mechanics and strength theory of finite element of ANSYS yield criterion of combining checking swab the plunger rod and other core components.On this basis,the mechanical vibration mechanics established a swab of two degree of freedom linear system with damping forced vibration mechanical model based on the natural frequencies and mode shapes by modal analysis method for solving the swab,whether there is a resonance phenomenon in order to determine the oil dredge swab normal working hours.The swab leakage and friction problems by the sealing rubber cylinder is mainly based on the continuum mechanics as the theoretical basis,specific to the implementation of the fist two problems in fluid mechanics、elastic mechanics of viscous fluid flow respectively as a tool,and combining with the condition of appropriate hypothesis,establish relevant models finally verified by experimental data.On the other hand,the research content is the coupling mechanism under dynamic load and static function relationship between the load on the brake、start,we derived the two shock model through the conservation of energy and material mechanics knowledge combination.Finally, this paper system to swab mechanical properties into the analysis,elaborated the research content of the crude oil production,the normal operation of the equipment significance.
