Study On Pipeline Leakage And Pressure Sealing Technology

Along with the chemical enterprise continue to improve requirements to environmental pollution, energy saving and safe operation, pipeline leakage and seal has been paid more and more attention. The online leak sealing technology can eliminate the leakage safely without affecting the normal production. Since the 70’s of last century the technology develops gradually and has been widely applicated in China, which reduced the amount of medium leakage and leak accident, also brought remarkable economic benefits. Therefore, further research and perfect online leak sealing technology is of great significance.This paper maked the analysis and summary about the current leakage situation based on a chemical plant.Through the leakage quantity, the leak harm was indicated.lt summarized the pipeline leakage reasons and prevention measures, then analyzed advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used plugging methods and showed the scope of application. The clamp online sealing technology has remarkable advantages. The ansys-CFX software is used for pipeline leakage simulation analysis, which studyed the outlet pressure on the conditions of different pressure or different leakage hole, which presents a more precise parameter about the sealing clamp design.By the results of the analysis, it is fixed that the clamp thickness calculation formula, and studies on injecting sealants volume calculation of several typical clamps avoide seal failure,which due to insufficient injection.In order to solve the problem that clamp leak sealing technology can’t deal with the big hole leakage on pipe and lens gasket flange leakage, the concept of double clamp design is put forward,then studied the double clamp structure design, calculation of thickness and sealants volume calculation. Using Visual Basic program language compiled a practical clamp design software with the combination of the preceding research results. This software can quickly and accurately calculate the size parameters of several important clamps, which improves the efficiency of clamp design. These research work, improved the reliability, efficiency and scope of application of the clamp leak sealing technology, reduced the medium leakage and leakage accident of chemical enterprise, avoided huge loss and ensure the production safety, stability, long period running.
