In this paper, we had studied the methods and mechanisms of demulsification dehydration of coal tar, based on the methods and mechanisms demulsification dehydration of crude oil, deeply understanding what was the effect of demulsification dehydration when we added the different demulsifiers into coal tar, in addition, we had further researched the interfacial adsorption mechanism and rheology and expansion of the fluorinated demulsifier.The first part of the paper mainly described the effect on the properties of dehydration of coal tar-aqueous system to the HLB value, concentration of demulsifier by using non-ionic surfactant Span/Tween as demulsifiers. In addition, we also studied the demulsification performance of fluoride hyperbranched polymers in coal tar-aqueous system.Firstly, we had measured the condition of dehydration without any demulsifier in the coal tar-water system, and compared with joining the Span/ Tween demulsifiers in coal tar-water system. The result found that, it can obviously accelerate the time of the coal tar demulsification dehydration after joining demulsifier in coal tar-water system, because the demulsifier could reduce the and viscoelasticity of interfacial film, reducing the film strength, then making the droplets gather and oil-water separate finally. In addition, after joining different concentrations of the same kind of demulsifier, the effects on the demulsification dehydration of coal tar are different and the same concentration of the different demulsifier made different results on the demulsification dehydration of coal tar. According to adding the same concentration of different HLB values into the coal tar-water system of water, we had found the best HLB values which was suitable for coal tar demulsification dehydration, the closer to the best HLB value the better effect on the demulsification dehydration of coal tar; on the other hand, the effect on the demulsification dehydration of coal tar was poor. Adding fluorine surfactant into the agent could also enhance the rate of the coal tar emulsion breaking performance, this experiment measured the properties of coal tar demulsification by the surfactants with different length fluorinated chain segments finally it was concluded that the chain length had a great influence on the coal tar demulsification dehydration.The second part of this paper mainly studied the interface behavior and demulsification mechanism of fluoride hyperbranched polyethers.This experiment mainly studied the interfacial adsorption mechanism, gathering behavior, rheology and expansion and so on of the three kinds of fluorinated surfactants in chloroform-water system, this paper discussed the relation among molecular structure, chain length and the surface tension. First of all, we had respectively determined the relation between dynamic interfacial tension and dehydration time of different concentrations of the three kinds of fluorine surfactant; Second, we had respectively determined the relationship between the interfacial tension and concentration of each fluorine surfactant when it reached the balanced arrangement, thus we studied the interfacial adsorption mechanism and obtained a series of related parameters of fluorinated surfactant. The results of dynamic light scattering showed that in solution this surfactant mainly existed in the form of single molecular micelles. In addition, within a certain frequency range, through determining the relation between modulus and concentration of the three kinds of fluorine surfactants, we had further studied the interfacial properties of the fluorinated surfactants.
