Nowadays, China has become first country of energy on producing and consumption. And coal energy is one of the energies which plays an important part in energy using. In the past thirty years, Chinese economy depends on extensive pattern of energy, creating the miraculous of Chinese economy booming. But at the same time, it causes many environment problems, such as haze, global warming and so on. It also threatens human life and health. Because the situation becomes worse and worse, our country brings out a developing policy-----Conserve Energy, Cut pollution and Consumption, Develop Low-Carbon Green Economy. In the Twelfth Five-Year guideline, we should reduce GDP of CO2 by 17% in the five years, and enhance reducing pollution let out. At the same time, CWS becomes popular in recent years, because of its energy conservation, environment protection, and high efficiencyThe key skill of CWS is dispersing agent. In other words, the history of dispersing agent is the history of CWS. So studying Coal water slurry dispersant makes a difference on High concentration of low viscosity stability of CWS.The essay divides into two parts:TPEG and MAS. Creating a new Binary poly carboxylic acid copolymer by initiator K2S2O8 and chain transfer agent NaHSO3. By testing dispersing agent to show CWS apparent viscosity, and evaluating during the processing, the influence of the size of the monomer mole ratio, The amount of initiator, The amount of chain transfer agent, reaction temperature polymerization time on Water slurry performance. The result shows that the best situation is when n (TPEG):n (MAS)=1:2、 The quality of the initiator is 6%、the quality of chain transfer agentis 1%、 reaction temperature is 50℃、Polymerization reaction time is 4 hours.By using means of infrared spectroscopy, gel filtration chromatography and thermo gravimetric analysis to show the structure and role of Homemade dispersant.Using homemade dispersant to make more experience, the best result is dispersing agent is 0.6%,Slurry concentration is 64% and mixing time is 0.5 hours.Besides comparing with the dispersing agent in the market, it improves that homemade dispersant has a better work.
