Research On The Performance Of Coke Slurry For The High Temperature Tunnel Kiln

The paper described base on the operating requirement of the fuel which used in the fire-proof material high temperature kiln, to address that used refinery coke replace the fuel of the fire-proof material high temperature kiln, and researched the technology of pulping, combustion characteristic and operating requirement. Emphasize discussed the relationship between the type and quantity of the dispersing and agent stabilizer and the used characteristics of the water coke slurry, at the meantime systematic researched the fluid characteristic and combustion characteristic of the water coke slurry. The result indicated that, water coke slurry replaced the heavy oil to use in the high temperature tunnel kiln is a feasible research; it could satisfied the operating requirement of the high temperature tunnel kiln.
