Blast furnace steel production of major equipment and facilities, the construction and repair costs are huge. But in the blast furnace hearth is an important part of blast furnace hearth erosion, Due to the time of hearth refractory lining in high temperature molten iron irreversible under the action of erosion, so the hearth erosion situation has the vital significance to the blast furnace production safety and technical economy.Based on heat transfer, based on the mathematic model was established to describe the heat transfer process of the blast furnace hearth on the two-dimensional inverse method, the erosion calculation of No.2 blast furnace of 1750 m3, focuses on the erosion of blast furnace of the overall design of the software and the erosion morphology and temperature field visualization, completed the development of blast furnace lining erosion online analysis system.(1)introduce some of the basic theories of heat transfer, heat transfer based on the foundation, summarizes the types, lining erosion analysis of the basic types of models and calculation method, the optimum layout of erosion analysis model and methods for measuring point for the blast furnace.(2)According to the specific data of Jigang No.2 blast furnace of 1750m3, with the blast furnace thermal measurement conditions and two-dimensional erosion of inverse solution, the more exact calculating erosion of the blast furnace, and puts forward the algorithm of temperature field visualization.(3) the overall framework of Visual C++ platform to build a hearth lining erosion state analysis system based on, and complete the function design and the logic processing system. Using the interface technology of Visual C++ and ANSYS, using object-oriented programming methods APDL package will be in the background and implementation with Visual C++ nested, computing system development of finite element analysis. No.2 1750m3 blast furnace of Jigang customized online monitoring software system is designed for erosion.The study of Visual based on C++ platform, using C++ code, the success of the temperature field and the erosion morphology with the software system of display, the results of this study to form a special system, realizes the online real-time monitoring of no paper.
