In the Process of nuclear fuel reprocessing, the high yield fission Productelements molpoenum and zirconium can form precipitate in nitric acidsolution. This thesis emphasized the study on the solubility product of Mo andZr in the nitric acid solution. A series of experimental data of superfacialsofubility product of Mo and Zr precipitates have obtained. The influence ofdifferent conditions on solubility product have studied; The composition andcharacter of the Precipitates, including molal ratio of Mo and Zr, crystal water, crytal structure, Spectrum character and so on were also investigated, and theformula was declared; Finally, the chemical status of Mo and Zr in nitric acidsolution was briefly examined for modifying the superfacial solubility productto get real sofubility produc of precipitates. After the precipitation reaction in solution reached equilibrium, thesuperfacial solubility product K'sp. of precipitates was detendned at differentnitric acid concentrations and initial concentraions of Mo and Zr. The nitricacid conentration has a marked influence on K'sp,The K'sp incrases with theincreasing of nitric acid concentration raising. The K' sP value at high nitricacid concentration was found to be 2 Orders of magnitinde higher than thatobserved at low nitric acid concentration. On the other hand, the differentinitial concentration of Mo and Zr have no distinct effect on the facialsolubility product.According to the results of XFA, TGA, XRD and IR, the formula ofPrecipitate can be expressed as the mxture of ZrMo2O7(OH)2 ' 2H2O andopO4)2. 2H2O in li0moim nitric acid sofution and ZrNoO4)2. 2H2O asthe concentration of nitric acid solution > 2.0mol/L.The statUS of MO and Zr in nitric acid was exPlored with CaPillny ZoneEleCtworesis(CZE. In CZE fipo, the Status of Mo and Zr twed withultric acid concentration.
