Composite Complexing Agent, Stabilizing Agent And Accelerator In Acidic Nickel-phosphorus Plating The Role Of The Regularity

In this paper, the laws of effect were studied of eght kinds of complexing agents,fivekinds of stabilizers and more than ten kinds of accelerators such as rare earth La in acidNickle-Phosphorus electroless plating bath by means of orthogonal-design experiments andcontrast experiments, And the relations were detailedly probed into of plating technics and thevelocity of Ni-P depositing,the capability of resisting corrosion of Ni-P depositing layer andbath solution stability etc. It is found which the proper match of complexing agent andstabilizer can improve the depositing velocity,the capability of resisting corrosion of Ni-Pdepositing layer and the bath solution stability.Finally, The comparative perfect matchs ofcomplexing agent,stabilizer and accelerator were found.
