Thermoluminescence Acid Crosslinking Ctp Plate

Based on the studies in our lab, a kind of CTP plate in which the support material, aluminum, is grained and anodized and the imaging layer comprise a resole resin, a novolac resin, a latent Bronsted acid and an infrared absorber has been prepared. A dye,an infrared absorber which can greatly improve the capability of the plate,was synthesized. Most of the factors which affect the capability of the plate were investigated and the results indicate that the dosage of each ingredient and the protocol I to prepare the plate can affect its properties. The sructure of plate has been examined with electronic microscope. Many parameters of the prepared plate nearly reach the level of commercial plate.
