In this paper. The composite deposition methods to form stainless steel梑ased Ni (Co) 桯AP bio梞aterials have been investigated. In view of the low strength of pure hydroxyapatite(HAP) and the decrease in the biological character of other treatment method is with HAP coating because of their high form temperature over 1200扖. A new composite coating was obtained by using composite plating under normal temperature. Which would make the materials possess the advantages of both metal and HAP. The pretreatment technology of plating on stainless steel matrix has been studied systematically. And a new pretreatment technology of cathode activation was revealed. It made the approach of composite plating Ni(Co)桿AP bio梐ctive coat on stainless steel became true. Then the method of preparing the Co桯AP also was preliminary studied. And some technology difficulties were resolved. It is good for further research in the future. Further, the effect of operation condition such as particle concentrations cathode current density~ intermittent agitation.~ PH and temperature of electrolyte on the property of composite coating was described. The optimal parameters were proposed. The mechanism of Composite deposition was coincident with the famous three successive steps. Of which the absorption of HAP to cathode was the key one. In the condition that Ni~ and if were absorbed by surface of HAP particles. The absorption of HAP to cathode would be easier. Which helped to their electro梔eposition. Than other conditions.
