Recent years, with rapid development of the economy, theliving standard of Chinese people has made tremendous advances.But the counterfeited commercial products are more and more rampant.The economic interests of numerous manufacturers have sustainedgreat Iosses and their credit standings have experienced unprecedentedsevere assaults. ln order to protect the legaI rights of themanufacturers and the interests of the customers, manyanti-counterfeiting techniques have been used in the making ofcommercial products by the manufactures. Anti-counterfeiting ink isone of the most important means.After referring to a great deal of information of the research, we havemade variOus anti-counterfeiting ink sampIes for offset printing by usinga kind of newly compounded fIuorescent agent as the fluorescentpigment. By measuring the maximum blazing wavelengths and themaximum beaming waveIengths, the logical proportion of the neededanti-counterfeiting fIuorescent ink has been found. Other printingadaptabilities of the new ink were also examined in this research.The viscosity stickiness and fineness of the ink are appropriate andthe light stabiIity and film forming characteristics of the new ink can meetthe practical needs. The Substance exhibited good fluorescenceintensity and gave off desirable shades of visibIe light when irradiatedwith ultravioIet light. Such effects were used as falsification ~resistantfluorescence reagent.
