In order to examine the efficiency of the physicochemical and biochernicat processing technique in treating landfill leachate of high-concentrated NI-li-N and organic contaminants,pilot scale test was done at Hangzhoit Tianziling Landfill .Tw~ processes were adopted to treat the landfill leachatc. Meun~\hile.1lw coagulation-sedimentation method were used to treat pre- and after-treated leachat~ in a small scale.The results of these tests were summarized as follows: 1.The blow-off rate of the NH4~-N of leachate increases with temperature( lYoin 6 0C to 30 0C ).The blow-off rate of the NH4~-N increased when the pH value increases within the range of 9.4 梸 11 .78.The test indicates that the optimum operational condition is at pH 10.5 and within the temperature range of l0---?0~C. 2.The treated outflow could be achieved up to the discharge standard V adopting process A.The total removal rate of CODc and NH4~-N were 75.9% and 98.6% respectively.During ,there was no inhibition in this system even though the CODEr and NH4~-N as high as 4105mg/L and l239mg1L in the orit!inLI~ wastewater.Several factors such as organic compounds.NH~~-N concentration and p1 have no adverse effect on this system. 3. The treated outflow could also be achieved up to the discharge standard V adopting process B and its removal ratio of CODCr and NH4~-N are 85.5%and ?)6.8~~ respectively.The system shows no inhibition when CODcr and NH4~-N is as high as 6702mg1L and l495mg1L in the pilot scale test.Organic compounds.NH4~-N concentration and pH value have no negative effect reaction on the system and the operational stability of the system is excellent. 4. Inorganic coagulant can efficiently and simultaneousl~ remove organic pollulant (esp. those of hard-decomposed one).N,P,fical colilbrrn.anLl colority.Coagulation-sedimentation method proves high-efficient in removing (昈 D(r and NH4~-N with the removal rate of 52% and 5 5.5% respectively. In summary.both process A and process B are feasible in treating land fjl leachate.but process B is better than process A for treating landfill leachate.
